1669 Douglas, Sr. v. Local Union 2262
Case No: 1669
2012
Douglas argues that he lost the opportunity to work weekend overtime because he was performing duties for the Local on the Wednesday prior to the weekend. It appears that Douglas could have worked the weekend if he had contacted the employer or simply reported to work on the days in question. Therefore, his failure to work on those days did not result from the performance of his duties and did not fit within the definition of lost time.
